Terms and Conditions – Four Sisters Motel

Thank you for choosing Four Sisters Motel. These Terms and Conditions define the guidelines for using our services and website. By booking your stay or accessing our site, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them thoroughly before making a reservation or using our facilities.

1. Booking and Payment Policy

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment receipt.
1.2 Guests are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Four Sisters Motel reserves the right to cancel reservations with incomplete or false information.
1.3 Payment for bookings can be made via approved methods listed on our website or at the front desk.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

2.1 Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out is required by 11:00 am.
2.2 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.3 A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Room and Property Use

4.1 All rooms and property are strictly non-smoking. A penalty fee will be charged for violations of this policy.
4.2 Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and property. Damages caused during the stay will be charged to the registered guest.
4.3 Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated or agreed upon during booking.
4.4 Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to for each room type.

5. General Policies and Responsibilities

5.1 Four Sisters Motel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.
5.2 Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests and staff. Disorderly conduct may result in eviction without a refund.
5.3 Guests must comply with all local laws and motel policies during their stay.

6. Amenities and Services

6.1 Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in public areas and rooms. Four Sisters Motel is not responsible for disruptions in service due to technical issues.
6.2 Free parking is available on-site; however, Four Sisters Motel is not liable for any damage to or theft of vehicles.
6.3 The availability of amenities such as flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and baths is subject to the specific room type selected.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Four Sisters Motel is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation management and guest services.
